• How much time we take for Delivery ?

    Usually, It takes 3-5 days to reach the shipment at your location. In remote areas, delivery services can take up-to 7 days from dispatching time. It is due to low availability of delivery partners.
  • Do we provide fully secured delivery to your home ?

    Yes Of-course, we do that. We take full responsibility of your money which you have paid to us. We take full responsibility till you received your shipment.
    If your shipment misplaces, we will return your money or arrange you new product in place of that. That's why we are fully secured in delivery security.

  • Do we offer free shipping and Cash On Delivery ?

    Yes, Soniyal Sales online Shopping Store provide free shipping. All orders of Rs. 499/- and above enjoy our free delivery services, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 50 is applied on orders below Rs. 499/-.
    Soniyal Sales offer Cash-on-Delivery Service too. If Cash-on-Delivery is available in your location, we will provide that but Rs. 50 will be charged extra for Cash On Delivery Service Charges as our courier partners charge from us. The maximum Cash-on-Delivery amount permitted is Rs. 3,000.


  • How do you submit a warranty claim ?

    Before submitting a warranty claim to Manufacturer or to Soniyal Sales Online Shopping Store, please see the Support FAQs for your specific product. You may be able to fix the issue and not need a replacement.
    • Warranty can be claimed by customer by submitting the claim for the product to its Manufactures.
    • Soniyal Sales only cover its products which comes in warranty.
    • Soniyal Sales can help you in claiming the warranty of the product which you have purchased from our shopping store.
  • Do we provide third party extended warranty services ?

    No, we don't provide any third party warranty services. It is because we believe that our customer should not suffer after purchasing third party warranty services. Very soon, we will launch Soniyal Sales Extended Warranty Services which will be very first class service for our customers.
  • Is warranty of product transferable ?

    Most time, it is not transferable. Actually it depends from manufacturer to manufacturer. Soniyal Sales provides transferable warranty over its product only. Note, we don't take guarantee over the product of any other's manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • Why am I not able to Claim the warranty of my product ?

    There may be several reasons and policies which are making you failed in getting any warranty claims. Reasons :
    • Warranty period has been over of the product which you have purchased.
    • Sometimes, it becomes very difficult to claim warranty without invoice. In this case, Soniyal Sales can help you providing the invoice again of that product which you had purchased from Soniyal Sales Online Shopping Store.
    • Sometimes, it is compulsory to register the product of respected manufacturer after purchasing. If it is so, we help you to resister the product to the manufacturer's website.

    Nope, we don't want any payment gateway charges from our customer. We don't want to give any extra burdens to our customer by charging any fee. We charge only for Delivery Charges as we pay that charges to our courier service partners.
